CSR Intern (Employee Engagement, Communication)

• Genuine interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and people-focused initiatives.
• Very good command of English (C1) and Polish (C2 or native), combined with strong attention to detail.
• Studies or educational background in English Philology, Polish Philology, Linguistics, or experience in a related field.
• Collaborative mindset, sense of ownership, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to support a variety of projects and activities.

Nice to Have:

• Interest / experience in environmental topics.
• Experience in creating communication materials or organizing events.
• Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva).

• Create communication materials for CSR projects, including newsletter content, intranet posts, and simple graphic assets.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and project activities.
• Contribute to volunteering and educational initiatives across the Inclusive Futures, Positive Futures, and Sustainable Futures pillars.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of CSR projects and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and educational institutions.
• Support day-to-day team activities and administrative tasks in both online and offline environments.
• Help ensure effective and engaging communication across CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects aligned with CSR and employee engagement objectives.
