A long-term international project delivered for a European Union Organisation based in Warsaw.
Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives in a similar role.
- Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects with multiple technical domains.
- Experience managing dependencies across at least three domains among network, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace, cybersecurity/architecture, monitoring, or service operations.
- Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proofs of concept, and ICT contract implementation.
- Practical experience with project and service-management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, Planner or equivalents.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must hold at least one internationally recognized certificate among PM², PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
Obowiązki
Task 1: ICT delivery coordination:
- Coordinate assigned ICT projects and initiatives through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure under direction.
- Prepare and maintain scope, plans, schedules, milestones, work packages, acceptance criteria, and project-control records.
- Track progress, resources, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate deviations and decisions.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel to support timely delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Task 2: ICT infrastructure engagement and technical readiness:
- Coordinate engagement across technical teams including networks, cloud/data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace, monitoring, and service desk.
- Facilitate technical scoping and readiness activities covering environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, architecture, security, and operational dependencies.
- Coordinate interfaces between technical teams, business owners, and specialist functions without replacing technical responsibilities.
- Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies and follow escalation routes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Task 3: Stakeholder, supplier coordination:
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, technical workshops, status reviews, and decision sessions with clear agendas and records.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with business stakeholders, technical teams, external suppliers, and consultants.
- Support drafting and preparation of procurement and service documentation.
- Support supplier mobilisation and contract implementation by tracking actions, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Task 4: Governance, reporting, transition and improvement:
- Maintain plans, status reports, dashboards, logs, and an auditable project repository.
- Prepare management reporting and briefing material.
- Coordinate testing, acceptance, handover, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, closure, and lessons learned.
- Propose improvements to coordination, templates, reporting, and knowledge reuse.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
