Senior Test Data Specialists/Engineers

Home journey is the full process a customer goes through when buying a home in the Nordics. This role involves working in a diverse, highly international environment using agile methodologies to meet customer needs.

• 8+ years in Test Data Management or Test Automation
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Knowledge of mainframe systems and setups
• Experience with relational databases, data extraction and transformation
• Experience in test data generation, data masking, data cloning, data subsetting
• Hands-on implementation of Test Data Management (TDM) solutions
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience supporting automated testing, integration testing, and end-to-end (E2E) testing
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
• Experience with synthetic data generation tools and test automation tools
• English language proficiency B2 or higher

• Experience with Tricentis Tosca TDM, Curiosity Software, Delphix, Informatica TDM
• Financial services domain knowledge
• Synthetic data generation tools
• API testing experience
• Kubernetes and cloud platform knowledge
• AI-assisted test data creation
• Experience supporting large-scale E2E customer journey testing

• Test data engineering: create and maintain reusable test data assets, develop automated test data provisioning solutions, build self-service data delivery mechanisms
• Implement data masking and anonymization routines ensuring GDPR and internal policy compliance
• Create synthetic test datasets, generate test data for edge cases and negative tests, maintain business-realistic data combinations
• Provision test data to non-production environments, refresh and clone datasets, support parallel testing and multiple teams
• Integrate test data generation into automation frameworks enabling CI/CD driven provisioning and automated regression execution
• Monitor data availability and quality, resolve data-related defects and issues
• Maintain test data, document processes, standards, and data dependencies

2-3 days office presence required. Location: Warsaw or Tricity (Gdańsk/Gdynia) in Poland. Role works closely with Nordea offices in Poland.
