Regular IAM Authority Specialist

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM Governance, Identity Governance, Access Management, or IT Compliance.
• Practical experience with Access Certification processes.
• Knowledge and ability to lead Access Reconciliation processes and report results.
• Experience in analyzing and managing Segregation of Duties conflicts.
• Collaboration experience with business on access reviews, controls implementation, and access management.
• Strong understanding of IT Compliance, internal controls, and governance.
• Ability to prepare reports, analyses, and process documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with large datasets.
• English communication skills at minimum B2 level.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and quality in process execution.
• Enjoy working with data analysis, process control, and multiple stakeholders.
