Cyber Security Expert – Cyber Infrastructure Strategy & Governance

• Extensive experience in cyber security with emphasis on Network Security, Infrastructure Security, and Cloud Security.
• Experience in developing or enhancing cybersecurity strategies, technology roadmaps, and governance models.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and security assessments for projects and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Skills in identifying threats and vulnerabilities and translating analyses into mitigation plans and security recommendations.
• Knowledge of industry standards, frameworks, and best practices in cybersecurity with practical application.
• Experience supporting large transformation programs, including cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and regulatory initiatives.
• Understanding of security by design principles and ability to incorporate security requirements at design stages.
• Ability to create security policies, standards, requirements, baselines, concepts, and blueprints.
• Experience collaborating with audit and regulatory teams and preparing audit responses and corrective action plans.
• Strong communication skills allowing cooperation with senior management, architects, technical experts, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex technical and cybersecurity risks to non-technical audiences.
• Highly developed analytical, communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in complex, international organizational environments and building engagement around security initiatives.

• Collaborate in creating and evolving cyber infrastructure security strategies covering Network Security, Infrastructure Security, and Cloud Security.
• Develop and update security roadmaps aligned with the organization's cybersecurity strategy for 2025–2028.
• Analyze new technologies and market trends to support strategic cybersecurity decisions.
• Provide expert support in designing, implementing, and enhancing security services and controls.
• Support strategic transformation programs, particularly cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise project teams on security requirements, security by design principles, and risk mitigation plans.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses for projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and risks and recommend appropriate mitigations.
• Ensure designed solutions comply with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Co-develop and maintain security policies, standards, baselines, requirement catalogs, and security frameworks.
• Produce security concepts, blueprints, and recommendations supporting technology service development.
• Support audit responses and initiatives to address identified non-compliances.
• Participate in governance activities related to Cyber Infrastructure.
• Lead working groups, expert communities, and knowledge-sharing sessions on cybersecurity.
• Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among technical and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technological analyses, reports on trends and threats, and materials supporting decision-making.
• Create presentations for management, communication materials, and periodic reports on initiatives and achievements.
