Full Stack Developer (Python / React / AI)

GET IT TOGETHER Sp. z o.o. is engaged in an international project transforming the financial area for a global organization in the consumer goods industry. The project involves developing an AI-based solution to automate and support the Month-End Close process.

• Strong programming experience in Python including practical knowledge of FastAPI.
• Practical experience creating applications with React and Next.js.
• Experience with LangGraph or similar AI agents orchestration frameworks.
• Use of AI-assisted programming tools and ability to verify, test, and improve AI-generated code.
• Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction.
• Knowledge of architectures consisting of multiple cooperating components like frontend, orchestrator, and integration layer.
• Experience working in Agile methodology in multinational distributed teams across time zones.
• Fluent business-level English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite involving data retrieval and record updates.
• Experience with SFTP integrations for report downloading.
• Knowledge of financial processes, especially Month-End Close or Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and working with MCP servers.

• Develop the solution at all layers including user interface, orchestration layer, and backend components.
• Maintain and develop the Month-End Close console built with Next.js and React.
• Create and advance orchestration layer using Python, FastAPI, and LangGraph to manage Month-End Close process stages.
• Integrate AI agents analyzing process results, identifying inconsistencies, and generating user recommendations.
• Work with MCP server to integrate with Oracle E-Business Suite, downloading data and reports via secure FTP.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to automated process execution stages.
• Write SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
• Collaborate in an international Agile team operating in Europe, India, and the USA using Jira.
