• Higher education in a relevant field
• Basic knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in terminal environment
• Practical ability to write and modify Bash scripts to automate repetitive diagnostic or maintenance tasks
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) with ability to create and modify queries and data
• Ability to create SQL queries, analyze data, and perform data modification with transactions
• Experience working with IT systems and databases
• Analytical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Nice to have: knowledge of Perl and Python languages

• Maintain and ensure continuous operation of IT systems used in the organization
• Administer and provide ongoing support for business systems including CRM
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve problems related to applications, services, and databases
• Create, develop, and optimize SQL queries and analyze data in systems
• Prepare and modify Bash scripts to support automation of administrative, maintenance, and diagnostic processes
• Collaborate with business users regarding reported needs, errors, and functional changes
• Participate in implementing new solutions and developing existing systems
