Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of senior experience in IT infrastructure with architectural or solution design responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, DHCP, PKI/ADCS, and related services
- Expert hands-on experience with virtualization, particularly VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter and/or Hyper-V
- Strong experience designing and maintaining High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions including clustering and replication
- Strong practical knowledge of enterprise networking and firewalls, including FortiGate, VLANs, segmentation, routing, SD-WAN, and IPsec VPN
- Hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions, particularly Veeam Backup & Replication
- Practical knowledge of SAN/NAS storage including iSCSI, multipathing, LUNs, datastores, and capacity planning
- Strong cybersecurity awareness and practical experience with system hardening, vulnerability management, access management, and incident response
- Experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions end-to-end rather than solely operational or support roles
- Hands-on technical mindset for independent troubleshooting of complex infrastructure issues
- Ability to act as technical authority, make architectural decisions, establish standards, and mentor engineers
- Good English skills for working with technical documentation, vendors, and international stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience with OT environments, building automation systems, BMS, or securing and segmenting technical infrastructure networks
- Practical knowledge of NIS2, KSC, or ISO 27001 including audits and compliance
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or DSC
- Experience with Microsoft Azure hybrid infrastructure scenarios including IaaS and cloud/on-premise integration
- Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Teams
- Experience with monitoring and security tools like Zabbix, Wazuh, or FortiAnalyzer
- Experience with PowerShell, REST APIs, and infrastructure automation
- Experience with Microsoft RDS environments (Session Hosts, RemoteApp, RD Gateway, FSLogix)
- Experience administering SQL Server
- Experience with endpoint management such as Autopilot, Intune, ManageEngine, PXE, WinPE, Intel vPro
- Experience in environments combining corporate IT with physical/technical infrastructure
- Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Fortinet FCP/NSE, Veeam VMCE, or Microsoft infrastructure/Azure certifications
Obowiązki
- Take technical ownership of IT infrastructure architecture, standards, technology decisions, and development roadmap
- Design, develop, migrate, and optimize virtualization environments based on VMware and Hyper-V
- Maintain and evolve highly available infrastructure and Disaster Recovery architecture across multiple locations
- Design and maintain clustering, replication, backup, and tested disaster recovery solutions
- Manage and improve enterprise networking and security solutions including FortiGate, VLANs, segmentation, routing, SD-WAN, and VPN
- Drive modernization and standardization of multiple ICT and OT network environments including inventory, segmentation, monitoring, and security
- Contribute to cybersecurity and regulatory readiness initiatives such as NIS2/KSC-related risk management, vulnerability management, hardening, monitoring, incident response, and documentation
- Develop and maintain storage environments based on SAN/NAS technologies
- Automate recurring infrastructure operations and deployments using PowerShell, REST APIs, and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Maintain and improve monitoring and logging solutions across the infrastructure environment
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, configuration reviews, knowledge sharing, and common technical standards
- Support complex infrastructure incidents as part of third-line support
- Lead infrastructure implementations end-to-end, from architecture and technology selection to deployment and operational transition
- Collaborate with technology vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders
