Wymagania
- Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
- At least 3 years coordinating ICT projects or technical initiatives at a similar level.
- Experience coordinating at least two ICT infrastructure projects involving multiple technical domains.
- Experience coordinating dependencies across at least three areas from network, cloud/data centre, databases, IAM, endpoint/workplace, cybersecurity/architecture, monitoring, or service operations.
- Experience supporting supplier engagement, procurement documentation, proofs of concept, or ICT contract implementation.
- Practical experience with project and service-management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or Planner.
- Strong knowledge of ICT project lifecycle, governance, and delivery methods including PM² or equivalent.
- Good understanding of ICT infrastructure domains including networks, cloud/data centres, databases, IAM, workplace services, monitoring, and operations.
- Good knowledge of planning and control tools for schedules, milestones, actions, decisions, dependencies, and change logs.
- Good understanding of ICT service management, change, operational readiness, and transition to service.
- Experience with stakeholder, supplier, and contract coordination in ICT environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical coordination actions.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
- English language proficiency minimum B2.
- Required certificate: at least one among PM², PRINCE2, or PMP (internationally recognized equivalent certifications are accepted).
Obowiązki
Task 1: ICT delivery coordination:
- Coordinate assigned ICT projects and initiatives through all project phases under Project Manager's direction.
- Prepare and maintain scope, plans, schedules, milestones, work packages, acceptance criteria, and project-control records.
- Track progress, resources, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies; escalate deviations.
- Coordinate multiple small or medium-sized initiatives in parallel.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Task 2: ICT infrastructure engagement and technical readiness:
- Coordinate engagement across technical teams including networks, cloud/data centre, cybersecurity, databases, IAM, workplace, monitoring, and service desk.
- Facilitate technical scoping and readiness covering environments, access, capacity, integration, testing, architecture, security, and dependencies.
- Coordinate interfaces between technical teams, business owners, and specialist functions.
- Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies and manage governance escalation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Task 3: Stakeholder, supplier coordination:
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops, reviews, and decision sessions with documentation.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and consultants.
- Support drafting and preparation of procurement requests and related documents.
- Support supplier mobilisation and contract implementation tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Task 4: Governance, reporting, transition and improvement:
- Maintain plans, reports, dashboards, logs, and project repository.
- Prepare management reporting and briefing materials.
- Coordinate testing, acceptance, handover, operational readiness, knowledge transfer, closure, and lessons learned.
- Propose improvements to coordination, templates, reporting, and knowledge reuse.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
