IDM Cybersecurity Consultant

Safesqr supports enterprises in risk management processes and building solutions to enhance cybersecurity. They provide services tailored to organizational needs and strategic goals, combining knowledge, competence, and practical experience with a wide range of offered tools. They assist in compliance with standards, norms, and recommendations such as NIST, ISO, MITRE, KNF, UKSO, RODO, DORA, and NIS2.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IDM/IAM, cybersecurity, system administration, or IT integration.
• Practical knowledge of at least one IDM/IAM solution.
• Understanding of Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes, RBAC, role management, and access reviews.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SQL, API, or SCIM.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and prepare documentation.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or Java.
• Experience with cloud systems.
• Participation in implementations of IGA, IAM, or PAM solutions.

• Analyze processes related to user identities, roles, and permissions.
• Collect and document business and technical requirements.
• Configure and develop IDM/IAM solutions.
• Create scripts to extend IDM/IAM functionalities.
• Create processes for granting, modifying, and revoking access.
• Support integration of IDM systems with Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems, and business applications.
• Analyze errors and assist in problem resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and IT and cybersecurity teams.
