Middleware engineer for DC migration project

Crestt is recruiting for a Middleware engineer position for an application migration project, part of a data center migration program. The applications involved support payment card acceptance, acquiring, and issuer processing business processes.

• Knowledge and experience with BMC Control-M
• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator 12c
• Familiarity with Oracle Internet Directory 11g / 12c
• Experience with Oracle Forms 11g / 12c
• Knowledge of Oracle Reports 11g / 12c
• Familiar with Oracle Rest Data Service (ORDS)
• Experience in Oracle Service Bus 11g / 12c
• Proficiency in Oracle WebLogic 11g / 12c
• Experience in PL/SQL
• Knowledge of scripting languages: Perl, Powershell, Shell, Bash, Python
• Experience with Rundeck and Ansible
• Experience in application migration projects
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (spoken and written)
• Understanding of availability, performance, monitoring, and resilience for transaction systems
• Understanding infrastructure aspects such as network solutions, load balancing, TLS
• Responsibility for product quality and commitment keeping
• Cooperation skills, sharing knowledge and building relationships within local and corporate organizations

• Perform Middleware engineer role for application migration within a data center migration program
• Work closely with FTS Application & Middleware Team to carry out business-as-usual (BAU) tasks
• Collaborate with project managers to build, test, and migrate to new environments, including preparation and infrastructure tasks
• Diagnose and solve technical problems
• Monitor environments for performance and reliability
• Produce quality, live documentation using Confluence
