Mid System Operations Engineer/ DevOps

ConSol* Consulting & Solutions Software Poland Sp. z o.o. is an international IT company working with a German automotive client, specializing in systems operations and DevOps for luxury car manufacturers.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring and configuration tools like Grafana and Prometheus
• Knowledge of AWS services (EKS, ECR, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS)
• Basic knowledge of GitHub CI/CD and Git
• Strong experience with SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
• Experience using the Linux command line
• General compilation of source code
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
• Team player with good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with DynamoDB
• Knowledge of Java
• Knowledge of Python

• Independently provide technical support for application issues and outages, interfacing with development teams and vendors
• Perform deployment of infrastructure and services
• Manage SSL certificates and firewall rules
• Maintain and operate production environments in AWS and Kubernetes
• Analyze application logs
• Ensure documentation remains updated and accurate
• On-call duties (one week every 1-2 months)
• Ensure Service Level Agreements and workflow are followed and met for all tickets
• Manage and resolve critical system outages promptly following incident response protocols
