Wymagania
- Solid engineering background with deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in at least one programming language used for infrastructure automation and backend services: Kotlin, Java, Python, or Go
- Advanced hands-on experience managing containerized environments and orchestration tools: Kubernetes, Docker, and networking/service mesh concepts
- Experience with Chaos Engineering practices and performance testing frameworks such as Gatling
- Deep experience configuring monitoring and observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Proven ability to identify single points of failure and lead incident management processes
- Strong practical knowledge of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing infrastructure using IaC tools
- Strong sense of ownership, data-driven mindset, mentoring experience, and ability to set code quality and architectural standards
Obowiązki
- Leading and coordinating team-level projects to improve system reliability across massive distributed architecture
- Driving the design and implementation of complex reliability solutions and internal platforms
- Designing and building an AI agent to revolutionize incident response workflows
- Acting as senior Incident Commander during major outages and leading blameless post-mortems
- Developing and scaling a self-service performance testing platform with real-time observability
- Building an automated resiliency platform for continuous fault injection and full Data Center failover experiments
- Owning team system reliability, managing technical debt, and automating infrastructure
- Mentoring less experienced engineers and setting code quality standards
- Influencing team communication and decision-making on system architecture problems at scale
