Senior Python Fullstack Engineer (AI Product)

Digital New Agency Poland is a fast-growing AI product company developing an AI-powered tax platform for professional users, aimed at improving how US accounting firms prepare and review taxes. The platform combines AI with workflows that require accuracy, transparency, and human judgment and is already used by hundreds of accounting firms.

• Senior-level commercial experience (minimum 5 years) building fullstack applications with React and Python.
• Strong product mindset focusing on user problems and outcomes.
• Proven ability to take end-to-end ownership from unclear needs to production solutions.
• Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and clarifying scope as needed.
• Pragmatic engineering approach balancing quality, speed, and business impact.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; autonomy does not mean working alone.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud and/or Azure.
• Availability and willingness to work afternoon hours (e.g. 12-20) and be on-call 1-2 times weekly due to cooperation with US clients.

• Experience in fast-moving startups or scale-ups.
• Experience taking products or major features from 0 to 1.
• Experience building software in regulated or complex domains.
• Previous experience with AI/LLM-powered products.
• Experience working directly with users or using product metrics and customer feedback to guide development.

• Build and maintain fullstack features across AI-powered tax preparation, planning, and review products.
• Design and implement React interfaces, TypeScript APIs, and Python backend services.
• Take ownership of features from initial problem discovery through implementation, release, and iteration.
• Work with real usage data and customer feedback to determine improvements.
• Make product and technical decisions without waiting for complete details.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, product, and domain experts.
• Engage with customer-facing teams to incorporate user feedback into solutions.
• Maintain a clean, typed, and performant codebase while working at startup speed.
• Prioritize where additional polish adds value versus shipping and learning quickly.
