Senior AI/ML Implementation Engineer

The Client Technology team drives growth opportunities and solves complex business problems through building robust business platforms and powerful product engines, integrating emerging technologies across EY's services.

• 3+ years of experience in AI development
• Strong programming skills in Python with knowledge of ML, Data, and API libraries
• Experience with AI models and development
• Experience with Cloud Computing (including Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Hands-on experience with application integration via REST API
• Knowledge of database techniques like SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experienced in Deep Learning with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, xgboost
• Experience in Agentic AI development frameworks, protocols, and interoperability
• Strong skills in engineering mathematics including advanced linear algebra, probability, and statistics
• Interest in understanding functional and industry business challenges

• Develop AI applications by translating business ideas and technology requirements into IT plans, software architectures, and code
• Monitor technology trends and perform R&D activities in AI/ML
• Ensure modern AI/Gen AI best practices are applied
• Develop, validate, and deploy AI models
• Establish and maintain development standards and best practices
• Analyze ML algorithms for problem-solving and rank them by success probability
• Share knowledge on best ML Engineering practices with the team
