Product Manager (Data Products)

Grupa Allegro Sp. z o. o. operates in the Marketplace domain, working on expanding the Allegro ecosystem with new product and business lines integrating key partners' offerings.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager handling complex digital products.
• Strong track record in dynamic environments requiring agile technological integration.
• Ability to understand complex algorithmic solutions and experience with ML/DS products and big data projects.
• Outstanding ability to align partner perspectives, technical requirements, and user needs into a product roadmap.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of data transformation tools/languages such as SQL and Python.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish proficiency at minimum C1 level.

• Own the full product lifecycle from initial vision and MVP validation to full-scale rollout of new services.
• Coordinate collaboration with external service providers to integrate their solutions with Allegro’s core infrastructure including payments, search, UX, and loyalty programs.
• Work with ML/DS teams to build data products for millions of Allegro customers.
• Manage complexity by ensuring products are scalable, secure, and intuitive.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, UX designers, and other business units to maintain user experience consistency.
