5+ years of hands-on IAM experience, preferably within global financial institutions or complex enterprise setups.
Deep working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Okta, and Azure AD.
Strong expertise in identity and authentication protocols, including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Advanced automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting languages.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems; strong analytical, diagnostic, and project management capabilities.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM systems with a core focus on Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) solutions (e.g., PlainID, Axiomatics).
Develop scripts and automated workflows for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and granular access management to minimize manual intervention and operational risk.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for compliance initiatives, define system enhancements, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the long-term IAM strategy.
Conduct security audits, troubleshoot high-impact IAM issues, and ensure strict alignment with institutional risk management, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Work across virtual, cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with business goals and maintain thorough system documentation.
