Full Stack Developer (React+Python+GCP)

This role is with Randstad, working directly with a prestigious global client in consumer goods, specifically Procter & Gamble (P&G).

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in full-stack development.
• Exceptional expertise in React.
• Deep knowledge of React.js v19, Next.js v16, advanced TypeScript, and Tailwind v4.
• Proven experience with Python, FastAPI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, sets, maps, graphs, and recursion.
• Commitment to Clean Code, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and design patterns.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills for working with a global team.

• Build scalable backend services and robust REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design, develop, and implement complex microservices architectures deployed on GCP.
• Develop full-stack web applications utilizing Next.js v16, leveraging Server-Side Rendering (SSR), server actions, and advanced caching.
• Build highly optimized user interfaces with React.js v19, implementing context, modern hooks, memoization, and performance optimizations.
• Write advanced, strictly typed code using TypeScript including template literal types and generics.
• Implement efficient styling and layouts using Tailwind v4 patterns.
• Ensure code reliability by writing unit, snapshot, and integration tests using Jest.
• Apply general design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and SOLID principles to maintain clean and scalable code.
• Collaborate and communicate daily with a diverse global team of engineers and stakeholders.
