Senior Full Stack Developer

KUBO Poland is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to work on products used by retail customers, building tools that support connected devices, customer data, and day-to-day operations. The position involves owning the full development process from database design and business logic to APIs and user-facing interfaces such as admin panels and reseller dashboards. The team operates in a hybrid work model based in Wrocław.

• Minimum 4–5 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong skills in Python with hands-on experience in Django, FastAPI, Flask or similar backend frameworks
• Commercial experience with React, Vue, or other modern frontend frameworks
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with MySQL and basic knowledge of non-relational databases, especially Redis
• Ability to design REST APIs and integrate with external systems
• Experience with Docker and Git
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong focus on clean code, testing, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Technical university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level for daily communication
• Openness to hybrid work from the office 2-3 days per week in Wrocław

• Design and build REST APIs and backend business logic using Python and frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask
• Build and improve user interfaces using React, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks
• Develop admin panels, dashboards, and other tools for managing devices and customer data
• Collaborate with backend teams on integrations, shared services, and platform components
• Improve application performance on both frontend and backend
• Design and maintain integrations with external systems
• Work with relational and non-relational databases, including MySQL and Redis
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Create automated tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold engineering standards
• Take ownership of features from initial design through development, release, and ongoing improvements
