Java Developer (f/m)

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant IT specialization
• 1-3 years of commercial Java development experience
• Flexibility and openness to work with various technological platforms and tools
• Strong willingness to improve programming skills and take on new IT challenges
• Advanced understanding of object-oriented programming
• Familiarity with various design, data modelling, architectural patterns, and modern system development
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in the English language

• Analyze and understand business and technical requirements and work with clients across domains and industries
• Produce high-quality design deliverables addressing business and technical needs
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using best practices and design patterns
• Conduct unit and manual testing to deliver high-quality solutions
• Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and implement solutions to troubleshoot issues
• Work in an agile, international environment with skilled colleagues
• Plan and organize own work and report issues and progress timely
• Identify areas for personal development
• Work with various programming languages and technologies, mainly Java (versions 8/11/17/21, Spring, Spring Boot), frontend JavaScript stacks such as React, Angular, Vue, NodeJS, and mobile apps based on React Native, Kotlin
