Field Service Engineer* - Poland

TOMRA Recycling develops and manufactures sensor-based sorting technologies for the global recycling and waste management industry. The company has installed over 9,000 sorting units and operates in more than 100 countries, focusing on innovation and sustainability to improve resource use and reuse.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related technical discipline, or a technical qualification with relevant field service experience
• 3-5 years of experience in field service, maintenance, technical support, or industrial service roles
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work with diverse cultures
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
• Hands-on approach with willingness to travel
• Fluent in Polish and good command of English (written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license (Category B)

• Perform field service work including commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, and repair of sorting systems, mainly in Germany and Europe
• Provide detailed field reports after installations or technical interventions
• Timely report activities, costs, and other relevant information
• Train customer maintenance and service personnel on site as well as TSS Service Engineers
• Provide on-call technical phone support and field response to equipment and customer issues
• Support Sales and Project Management
• Ensure maximum performance of TOMRA Sorting systems to satisfy customers
• Manage field service work effectively in terms of costs and timing
