Workday Operations Analyst

Avon, a global beauty company with over 135 years of history, operates as part of the Regent LP family focusing on positive environmental, economic, and social impact worldwide. The role is based in Warsaw, Poland in the Avon International office.

• Strong understanding of HR systems, data management, and configuration
• Experience in user support and troubleshooting system issues
• Knowledge of security administration, role-based permissions, and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
• Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, testing, and change management
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate to technical solutions
• Experience creating reports, analyzing data, and maintaining data quality
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Effective communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with HR processes and employee lifecycle is advantageous
• Understanding integrations between HR and other business platforms is desirable
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools is beneficial

• Manage day-to-day operation and administration of Workday and other People Technology systems
• Act as key contact between business and software providers for system activities
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Workday queries and issues
• Maintain system security, user access, and permissions compliant with GDPR and SOX
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements and projects
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions and configurations
• Perform system troubleshooting, defect resolution, and maintenance
• Manage workflows and self-service features to support people processes
• Review, prioritize, resolve or escalate system incidents
• Support integrations ensuring accurate data flow between HR and other platforms
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate changes
• Create and maintain Workday configuration documentation and test scripts
• Deliver user training and guidance to People teams and stakeholders
• Maintain job architecture, organizational structures, profiles, positions, and related data
• Produce and enhance reports and dashboards for business decision-making
• Monitor and improve data quality through audits, controls, and KPI tracking
• Perform data uploads, corrections, cleansing, migration, and maintenance ensuring data integrity
