Lead .NET Software Developer

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications and delivering end-to-end solutions
• Proficiency in .NET Core (8-10), Entity Framework, and Dapper
• Expertise in REST and XML-based APIs
• Expert-level skills in MS SQL, including query tuning, stored procedures, and database design
• Experience with AI for SDLC and Claude Code, with readiness to lead AI adoption within the team
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform, including Azure App Service and Azure Container Apps
• Hands-on experience with popular web frameworks such as Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure Repos, GitHub, Azure ARM, or Terraform for CI/CD, release management, and automation
• Awareness of SignalR / WebSockets
• Strong focus on secure coding practices
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines, and operate in a team-oriented environment
• Strong leadership, collaboration, time management, and ability to document specifications clearly
