Regulatory Data Specialist (Food / Biology / Chemistry Focus)

The role involves working in a science-first environment focusing on food, biology, and chemistry to support global food product development through a technology-based platform.

• Degree or strong background in Food Science / Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
• Understanding of scientific or regulatory data
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical thinking
• Good English for working with international materials

Nice to have:

• Basic or advanced knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Interest or experience in AI / LLM tools
• Experience in data structuring, normalization, or validation
• Ability to work with various data sources (PDF, Excel, HTML, etc.)
• Understanding of data models or data workflows
• Experience with automation, scripting, or ETL processes
• Familiarity with regulatory databases or compliance tools
• Knowledge of global food regulations (EU, US, Codex)

• Work with food, chemical, and biological regulations
• Read and interpret regulatory documents (EU, US, etc.)
• Transform complex information into structured datasets
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
• Collaborate with tech teams to improve how data is used in the platform
• Gradually learn how data powers automation and compliance systems
