Business Analyst – Energy Sector

Devire Outsourcing IT provides B2B collaboration for IT specialists working on innovative technological projects. The role is part of a project in the energy sector focusing on digitalizing processes within the electricity retail market.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within the retail electricity market, especially related to distribution system operators or energy sellers
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process modeling using UML, ArchiMate, or BPMN
• Minimum 3 years of experience in GUI prototyping
• Experience in defining and documenting business requirements
• Knowledge of retail electricity market functioning principles
• Analytical thinking and teamwork skills
• Independence, communication skills, and ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders

• Preparing business analyses
• Defining and documenting business requirements and requirements related to IT system changes
• Analyzing legal documents and assessing their impact on processes and business requirements
• Modeling business processes
• Preparing business documentation, reports, presentations, and training materials
• Developing processes and instructions
• Supporting development and testing of portals and IT systems
• Conducting internal and external consultations
• Collaborating with IT teams and system suppliers
• Conducting business area trainings
