Senior Salesforce Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems primarily for the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They develop new functionalities or systems from scratch and support clients in recruiting specialists, mainly through body leasing.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
• Experience in designing and developing inter-system integrations
• Practical knowledge of microservice architecture and APIs
• Experience working with API Gateway and middleware
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience optimizing Salesforce solutions for performance and limits
• Familiarity with best coding practices and experience in code review
• Higher education degree, preferably technical

• Develop and maintain Salesforce-based CRM solutions using Salesforce FSC and Experience Cloud
• Work on integrations and backend components, including middleware, microservices, and API Gateway
• Participate in monthly onsite meetings in Warsaw or Wrocław
• Engage in a recruitment process consisting of a brief phone HR interview and an online technical talk with the client
