SAP BW/4HANA Consultant with German

The Analytics Service supports analytics projects in SAP environments focusing on SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW Classic, and SAP BW/4 system landscapes.

• Senior-level experience with extensive knowledge of BW system landscapes
• Practical experience in software development and technology integration
• Operational experience and understanding of large BW architecture
• Knowledge of BW, XSA, XSC, SQL, HANA, ABAP, Kyano Glue, and development environments such as BEx Tools, Eclipse/HanaStudio, WebIDE, Git
• Experience with BW and XSA authorizations, including functionality, structure, and concept
• Experience with migration scenarios
• Basic knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (TestSuite)
• High standards for quality of work
• Willingness to learn new topics and technologies
• Experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)

• Development, maintenance, and documentation of tools, frameworks, and central components and data
• Defining platform-specific development policies, guidelines, and naming conventions
• Setting up basic structures for new application environments
• Creating and developing test cases for annual release windows
• Supporting decommissioning and replacement of applications
• Assisting with data archiving for applications
• Handling support requests from SAP Basis and Identity Access Management teams
• Enabling BW developers on functionalities and technologies
• Participating in communities to exchange and standardize guidelines and best practices
• Updating and ensuring quality of technical documentation and manuals in the BW area
