Project Manager & AI Governance Lead

• Knowledge of EU AI Act high-risk requirements
• Ability to design risk and control frameworks and operating controls
• Practical experience implementing regulatory governance gates, evidence models, and RACI frameworks
• Project management skills for integrated delivery
• Structured thinking, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience operating in delivery mode, owning workplans, and tracking remediation
• Experience managing cross-functional orchestration including business, AI, IT, risk, compliance, legal, and privacy

• AI governance or responsible AI programme delivery experience
• Quantitative risk analysis background
• Financial-services compliance or operational risk experience
• Technology or data risk management experience
• Internal controls expertise
• Experience managing regulated transformation programmes

• Lead governance and delivery of a high-risk AI system project under the EU AI Act
• Shape requirements, controls, and evidence throughout design, build, validation, and deployment
• Translate EU AI Act regulatory requirements into practical controls, deliverables, and evidence
• Manage integrated delivery across business, technology, and regulatory workstreams
• Own workplan, run governance gates, and track remediation
• Manage dependencies across business, AI, IT, risk, compliance, legal, and privacy
