System Engineer

emagine Polska is involved in offshore wind projects, supporting energy infrastructure operations with focus on integrated lighting and power management systems.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Systems Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in offshore, marine, or industrial systems (experience in offshore wind or oil & gas preferred).
• Familiarity with Beckhoff, DALI2, Modbus, Profinet, SCADA, UPS systems, and IEC/ISO offshore standards.
• Experience in system testing and commissioning.
• Solid understanding of QA processes and documentation standards.
• Proficient in Confluence and Jira.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with an advantage for Norwegian and Polish speakers.

Nice to have:

• Experience in technical content writing.

• Support the engineering and commissioning of Beckhoff-based lighting and control systems, and monitor power distribution platforms.
• Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and integration test procedures while verifying functional safety and fail-safe logic.
• Maintain quality checkpoints during engineering and testing phases, and ensure traceability of design changes and testing outcomes.
• Produce system documentation, maintain version control, and collaborate with project teams to reflect accurate configurations.
