Senior Salesforce Developer (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They provide services to clients who request custom-made systems, often developing from scratch or adding new functionalities. They also support clients in recruiting specialists and offer tailored job matches (body leasing).

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing inter-system integrations.
• Practical knowledge of microservice architecture and API design.
• Experience working with API Gateway and middleware.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience optimizing Salesforce solutions for performance and limits.
• Knowledge of best coding practices and experience in code review.
• Higher education degree, preferably technical.

Languages:

• Polish: C1
• English: B2

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including modules based on Salesforce FSC and Experience Cloud.
• Work on integrations between systems and backend components.
• Develop and maintain on-premise middleware, microservices, and API Gateway using Java and Spring Boot.
• Participate in technical requirement analysis and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding best practices.

Recruitment process:

• Initial ~20-minute phone interview with HR.
• ~1-hour online technical talk with the client covering experience and technical knowledge.
