IT Project Manager (SAP S/4 HANA & Salesforce Rollout)

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, computer science or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience managing complex IT implementation projects or key roles in at least two to three rollout projects.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM and/or SAP S/4 ERP.
• Ideally certified in project management (e.g., Prince2, PMI).

• Experience working with international teams and external implementation partners.
• Open and trustworthy nature with strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality.
• Confident written and spoken English language skills at B2 level.

• Lead a hybrid business and IT rollout team managing operations during the rollout.
• Implement SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce across global Sales & Service sites based on a centrally integrated template.
• Present innovative processes and functionalities to business units and identify gaps.
• Guide the team to successful go-live.
• Identify required resources and coordinate with expert teams for smooth execution.
• Plan data migration in close collaboration with process teams.
• Collaborate with parallel rollout teams, internal consultants from various functions, and external implementation partners.
• Coordinate with stakeholders such as program and change management.
• Report directly to program leadership.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
