SAP O2C Project Manager

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information technology, or related field.
• More than five years of project management experience, including expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash and CRM or ERP project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of O2C processes such as pricing, sales order handling, billing, and credit management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD and its integration into FI and MM.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and international rollouts is an advantage.
• Nice to have: SAP SD certification or project management certification, knowledge of additional SAP process areas like P2P, R2R, or F2S.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
• Proactive mindset, critical thinking, and cultural awareness to work in global environments.
• Comfortable communicating in English at B2 level.

• Lead strategic SAP projects within Order-to-Cash landscape to improve business processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and define project scopes.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met reliably.
• Manage communication and collaboration with Global Process Owners, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of end-to-end SAP O2C project delivery, including risk management and dependency tracking.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for smooth user adoption and process understanding.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement and measurable value.
