SAP Order-To-Cash AMS Consultant

Vaillant Group Business Services is an international organization operating in the heating industry, providing energy-saving solutions such as heat pumps and gas heating appliances. The company has over 16,000 employees worldwide and emphasizes sustainability in its operations.

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Practical experience in application maintenance support, business process support, or consulting within Order-to-Cash environments, preferably in an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes and SAP Sales and Distribution.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and service level agreement (SLA) handling.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.

Nice to have:

• Experience with service management processes, vendor management, and ITIL methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations or additional ERP systems.
• Additional language skills besides English.

• Act as the key contact for business stakeholders regarding Order-to-Cash application support, translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Coordinate incident resolution, problem management, and change implementations to ensure stable and reliable operations.
• Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and support design and implementation of sustainable application enhancements.
• Monitor service quality and vendor performance to ensure achievement of agreed service levels and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with international business teams, IT colleagues, and external providers to drive process optimization and increase operational efficiency.
• Provide proactive communication and stakeholder management to support transparent decision-making and positive user experience.
