Wymagania

  • Extensive experience in senior, product-focused roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Owner collaborating directly with clients and development teams.
  • Strong, hands-on experience in various requirements exploration and validation techniques.
  • Practical experience with team collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex data and systems.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Excellent skills in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and creating high-quality User Stories.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders, influence decisions, and drive solution discovery beyond requirements gathering.
  • Proficiency in English at a level enabling seamless cooperation with native speakers.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to visit the office and undertake occasional business trips.
  • A team player with strong communication skills focused on delivering value and driving change.

Obowiązki

  • Represent the client’s Product Owner within the delivery Scrum team, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  • Own and manage the product backlog by translating complex business requirements into well-defined items, continuously refining and prioritizing them in line with project goals and MVP.
  • Facilitate refinement sessions and guide the development team throughout sprints to ensure clarity of scope and priorities.
  • Use diverse requirements exploration techniques to gather, validate, and refine business needs while driving continuous discovery processes.
  • Leverage AI/LLM-powered tools to enhance analysis of legacy systems and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate proactively with developers, testers, architects, and client-side stakeholders to address blockers, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation, including business and technical requirements, process flows, and high-quality User Stories.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and recommending solutions to maximize business value.
  • Support Grape Up’s business growth by collaborating with Sales and contributing to pre-sales activities and service offering evolution.
  • Communicate fluently in English to ensure smooth collaboration with international teams.
