• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience in designing and implementing business process automation solutions.
• At least 3 years of experience in projects related to AI or Machine Learning.
• Experience conducting trainings and workshops.
• Knowledge of Power BI, RPA, Azure, and cloud technologies.
• Experience designing solution architectures, including AI-based solutions.
• Ability to prepare and execute tests for automated processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Microsoft Power Platform, AI, or ML certifications are an advantage.

• Designing and developing applications in the Microsoft Power Apps environment.
• Creating and optimizing processes using Power Automate.
• Managing automation projects from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing existing solutions.
• Utilizing AI technologies to improve business processes.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and mentoring for users and teams.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Developing standards and best practices in automation.
