Product Manager – CompuTec WebUp

CompuTec WebUp is a product for customizing the user interface and automating the SAP Business One Web Client. The role involves being the face and driving force behind this product's development, acting as a product expert, presenter, and liaison between clients, partners, and the development team.

• Minimum 2–3 years experience working with ERP systems as a consultant, trainer, presales, or advanced user
• Good knowledge of business processes supported by ERP systems (sales, purchasing, warehouse, production)
• Documented experience in conducting presentations, training, or webinars with confident public speaking
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into structured functional specifications understandable by developers
• Methodical software testing skills and ability to create clear bug reports (steps, expected and actual results)
• Ability to communicate product benefits effectively through engaging content
• English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level for webinars and conferences
• Willingness to travel for business purposes (conferences, partner events)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP Business One
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or SQL
• Experience in product management or product marketing in IT/SaaS companies
• Experience creating video materials (demo recordings, tutorials)
• Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
• Knowledge of Spanish language

• Build and maintain expert knowledge of CompuTec WebUp, its capabilities, use cases, and value for clients
• Conduct marketing activities including content creation (articles, demos, social media posts) and support sales campaigns
• Lead regular webinars, presentations, and training sessions for clients and SAP Business One partners
• Represent the product at conferences and industry events domestically and abroad
• Collect functional requirements from clients and partners and translate them into clear specifications for developers
• Test new features, report bugs, and validate fixes before release
• Co-create the product roadmap based on own ideas and market feedback
