Wymagania
- 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
- Hands-on experience in the Statements domain, including statements and reporting processes
- Professional knowledge of reporting solutions and data-related requirements
- Experience working in the banking sector, preferably within large financial institutions
- Proven track record working in large-scale transformation programs (300+ people)
- Strong requirements engineering skills, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
Obowiązki
- Gather and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders
- Translate requirements into features, user stories, and functional documentation
- Drive requirements lifecycle from elicitation to handover to development teams
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across complex banking and technology environments
- Support migration from legacy banking systems
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation
- Analyze data flows, reporting requirements, and integrations with the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW)
- Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts related to system changes and new functionalities
