Business Analyst - Remote (LATAM & Europe)

Smart Apartment Data provides data and analytics solutions for the U.S. multifamily real estate industry. The company offers comprehensive data platforms designed for Owners, Brokers, Management Companies, On-Site Teams, Suppliers, and Locators who need accurate in-depth information for business decisions and informed investments.

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, operations analysis, or a similar role
• A track record of independently leading projects from start to finish
• Ability to read and interpret business data and draw practical conclusions
• Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and analyze information; advanced SQL or BI expertise is not required
• Clear and concise written and spoken English
• Strong stakeholder management, organization, and follow-through
• Self-directed and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Based in Latin America or Europe
• Available Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM U.S. Central Time

Nice to Have:

• Experience with project-management, reporting, or business-intelligence tools
• Background in SaaS, technology, data services, real estate, or another complex business environment
• Experience improving processes or introducing operational efficiencies

• Lead projects end to end, including planning, timelines, owners, deliverables, and completion
• Coordinate stakeholders across teams and keep projects moving
• Gather, organize, and validate business data from across the company
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, product, and market data for trends, gaps, and risks
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for leadership
• Document requirements, decisions, processes, and project updates
