Senior Project Manager/ Dyrektor Operacyjny Projektu (Transformacja AI)

• Minimum 7 years experience in complex IT project and program management bridging business and technology.
• At least 5 years managing transformational or strategic programs with budgets over 20 million PLN.
• Experience with AI, GenAI, data platforms, digital transformation, and cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience in large matrix organizations (1000+ employees) managing multiple parallel workstreams.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, AI agents, or Machine Learning.
• Capable of managing process and operational model transformation, including Change Management and adoption.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), plus KPI definition, adoption measurement, and AI business value assessment.
• Experience building AI transformation roadmaps and managing stakeholders across management, business, and technology levels.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial, insurance, or banking sectors.
• Familiarity with AI Governance, Data Governance, AI Platforms, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Good knowledge of AI architectures such as Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and supporting data platforms.
• Relevant certifications like Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, AI Governance, AI Act Practitioner, TOGAF.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot or enterprise AI solutions.
• Knowledge of FinOps for cloud and AI environments.

• Operational management of the strategic AI Transformation Program, coordinating multiple business, technology, and organizational streams.
• Managing the AI initiative portfolio covering prioritization, scope, schedule, budget, resources, dependencies, and risks.
• Building and executing the Enterprise AI Transformation roadmap with oversight of milestones, KPIs, business benefits, and AI adoption.
• Integrating key AI transformation areas including business, IT, Data, AI Platform, AI Governance, Cybersecurity, FinOps, and Change Management.
• Managing stakeholders and program governance involving board, steering committees, sponsors, business, and technology leaders.
• Overseeing risk management, compliance, and AI operational model related to regulations, information security, data protection, and Responsible AI.
• Maximizing AI transformation business value by identifying new AI initiatives, monitoring cost-effectiveness, and recommending optimization related to AI-Ready organizational building.
