Wymagania
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
- Higher education degree.
- Experience in the banking industry with knowledge of credit and debit card domains.
- Experience in business and system requirements analysis.
- Ability to analyze and refine User Stories.
- Experience working with a Product Owner, business analyst, and development team.
- Active participant in refinement sessions with ability to translate requirements to technical solutions.
- Ability to identify dependencies between systems, processes, and requirements.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Skills in User Stories handling.
- Stakeholder management capabilities.
Obowiązki
- Analyze business requirements and submitted User Stories.
- Analyze processes and system dependencies in the area of credit and debit cards.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) and business analyst.
- Prepare and refine functional and system requirements.
- Participate in refinement sessions and meetings with the development team.
- Support the development team in interpreting requirements and clarifying doubts.
- Identify dependencies and impacts of changes on existing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders involved in the development of banking products and systems.
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to the development of the payment card area.
