Product Owner

• Practical experience creating advanced agents executing complex multi-system integrations beyond simple RAG or database data retrieval.
• Responsible for product vision, roadmap, implementation, and production maintenance (not consultancy).
• Minimum one year working with GenAI products in a production environment with measurable user feedback.
• Ability to handle hallucinations, context window, model variability, and inference costs as backlog elements.
• Designed agent autonomy specifying autonomous actions, proposed actions, and human confirmation requirements.
• Understand GenAI product economics, including model selection impact on unit cost, latency, and margin.
• Conducted discovery to assess automation worthiness and validate product hypotheses.

• Lead product vision, define system development direction, set priorities, and roadmap based on business value, model limitations, and technological risks.
• Design agent behaviors including autonomy levels, fallbacks, user interactions, and communication of uncertainties and errors.
• Manage product economics controlling unit costs, model choice impact on margin, latency, and stability.
• Collaborate with GenAI engineers, analysts, UX, legal/compliance, and security teams; make product decisions based on their data and recommendations.
• Conduct discovery and problem validation through interviews, process mapping, automation feasibility assessment, and defining product hypotheses.
• Conduct experiments such as A/B testing, rollouts, feature flags, iterative autonomy increases, and risk control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance addressing AI Act, GDPR, auditability, and transparency of agent actions.
• Maintain production product by monitoring stability, model regressions, LLM version updates, and their impact on quality.
