Wymagania
- Product experience, capable of creating and maintaining a coherent product vision and roadmap linked to business objectives.
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and expectation management skills in stakeholder relationships.
- Practical experience as a Product Owner collaborating with Scrum Teams and monitoring work progress.
- Advanced backlog management skills, including task prioritization based on value.
- Ability to create complete User Stories, breaking down requirements into releasable elements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Nice to have:
- Experience with User Stories.
- Familiarity with Product Roadmaps.
- Skills in Metrics Analysis.
Obowiązki
- Build the product vision and define the development direction and roadmap, ensuring consistent execution.
- Manage stakeholders by communicating, agreeing on priorities, moderating expectations, and influencing strategic decisions.
- Maintain and prioritize the backlog, clarifying requirements and preparing releasable items.
- Create complete, clear, and business-justified User Stories.
- Analyze product metrics such as TTM, ROI, KPI, OKR, NPS and derive conclusions impacting the roadmap.
- Lead product initiatives from discovery to commercial deployment.
