IT Support

Scandinavian Print Group Polska operates in an IT support capacity, focusing on providing support and service to internal users, ensuring hardware and software function smoothly and assisting with installation and configuration of new computers and IT equipment.

• Relevant degree in IT or related discipline.
• Experience in IT support including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and Active Directory.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English, both verbal and written.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Programming in C# or Python.
• Knowledge of monitoring systems: PRTG, Zabbix.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment: Admin Cloud and Entra.

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of PC hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Respond promptly to IT support requests from employees and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft products, and other software applications.
• Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
• Document processes and log inquiries and solutions in the IT support system.
• Collaborate with external vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
