Atlassian Engineer / Administrator – Jira & Confluence Data Center

The role involves working with environments in the banking industry, specifically maintaining and developing Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in Data Center versions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center environments.
• Very good knowledge of Jira Software Data Center.
• Very good knowledge of Jira Service Management Data Center.
• Very good knowledge of Confluence Data Center.
• Very good knowledge of Assets (Insight).
• Very good knowledge of ScriptRunner.
• Very good knowledge of Groovy.
• Very good knowledge of REST API Atlassian.
• Very good knowledge of Atlassian Automation.
• Experience designing workflows.
• Experience configuring screens, forms, and schemes.
• Experience creating scripts and process automations.

• Maintain and develop environments of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center.
• Implement new business processes, workflows, forms, and automations.
• Create integrations with internal and external systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure platform continuity.
• Perform upgrades and security-related activities.
• Provide user support and analyze business requirements.
• Create technical and administrative documentation.

Work location is hybrid with remote work and 3 days per month in office in Warsaw, Poland.
