• Minimum 2 years experience as an analyst in the banking sector in the area of mortgage loans with credit risk assessment
• Experience participating in the entire change implementation process from initiation to deployment
• Experience in testing processes
• Experience working in a complex project
• Experience working in Scrum
• Knowledge of credit processes, especially mortgage loans, and knowledge of mortgage credit regulations (sales and post-sales service) is crucial
• Ability to create assumptions and specifications for mockups, process flowcharts, and steps; preparation of test cases and scenarios
• Necessary knowledge of banking applications in the area of mortgage loans and credit risk

• Deliver high-quality business, functional, and technical analytical documentation aligned with organizational standards
• Create assumptions and specifications for mockups, process flowcharts, and steps
• Prepare test cases and test scenarios
• Continuously update documentation used by other team members
• Create tasks for system analysts and developers based on analytical documentation
• Ensure high quality of business processes
• Identify errors in business processes and ensure their correction
