Senior QA Tester

• ISTQB certified
• 8+ years of professional experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Agile teams
• Ability to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team as an individual contributor
• Experience in defining, executing, and reporting tests for complex software systems
• Experience in Web and Mobile testing, including cloud-based mobile testing platforms such as BrowserStack
• Experience in system testing of modern UI for Web and Mobile
• API testing experience using Postman and Swagger
• Experience with test management tools (preferably qTest or similar)
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and problem-solving skills
• Fast learner, willing to understand new tools and processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in an international environment
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in the office

Nice to have:

• Automation testing experience
• Working knowledge of the PEGA platform
• Working knowledge of AI tools
• Experience working with the SAFe methodology

• Ensure QA activities are conducted efficiently and well documented, aligned with the latest quality standards
• Analyze and design new tests, including test cases and scenarios
• Plan and execute tests on complex software systems
• Report defects and manage the full defect lifecycle
• Recommend appropriate actions based on test results
• Work closely with Automation Testers to secure optimal manual and automation regression coverage and test suites
• Collaborate actively with the Scrum team to maintain high quality of delivery

• Ability to work in a hybrid model – 2-3 days per week in the office in Gdynia, Gdansk, or Warsaw
