Staff Product Manager, Benefits Platform (all genders)

HelloFresh operates the HelloTech organisation, a global technology backbone with more than 1000 people building digital products for meal kits, ready-to-eat meals, pet food, and premium meat & seafood. HelloTech creates platforms supporting their subscription-based, direct-to-consumer model involving customer-facing apps, personalization, pricing, forecasting, supply chain optimization, and food waste reduction.

• Extensive experience in platform product management, building scalable internal tools, APIs, or foundational infrastructure.
• 6+ years of product management experience at Senior or Staff level across complex systems and markets.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional senior stakeholders.
• Advantageous background in commercial strategy or promotional economics to balance marketing flexibility with P&L protection.
• Familiarity with data analysis and technical architecture to design automation and interpret experimental data alongside engineering teams.

• Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the global benefit and incentive platform.
• Design scalable platform primitives and reusable building blocks to reduce custom engineering for marketing campaigns.
• Establish automated governance layers such as margin floors and stacking checks to protect profitability.
• Build intuitive back-office tooling enabling commercial and growth teams to configure campaigns independently.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across international teams to adopt a unified platform contract.
• Evaluate and implement automation and smart interfaces balancing flexibility and system reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and product partners internationally, sharing knowledge.
• Influence architecture, design, quality, and ways of working in a product-led setting.
• Drive decisions from problem definition through to production, supporting scalability.
