Expert Project Manager

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is a recruitment company engaged in numerous recruitment projects for its partners, focusing on experienced professionals and offering continuous support. The role involves working in locations including Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, and Łódź with a hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days remote).

• Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in change and release management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of z/OS mainframe environments
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry
• Proven experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling initiatives

• Lead change management activities for business process and technical changes
• Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
• Coordinate change-related activities across application development teams
• Oversee change and release management processes in line with internal guidelines and procedures
• Facilitate information sharing and user upskilling activities
• Act as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme
