4+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Engineer in complex enterprise environments.
Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified System Administrator (CSA).
Pursuit or completion of Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or ArchX (Architect Journey) credentials is a strong plus.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP, JSON, and Web Services.

Build scalable integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Scripted REST APIs.
Collaborate with Certified Technical Architects (CTAs) and Enterprise Architects to ensure platform solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and Out-of-the-Box principles.
Configure Service Portals, Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog items.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, system upgrades, and platform performance optimization.
Drive automated testing (ATF) and CI/CD deployment workflows to maintain application stability.
