Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar project management position
• Master's degree
• At least one certification: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile, or equivalent internationally recognized certification
• English level C1 confirmed by certificate or willingness to take exam
• Experience leading at least one medium-large ICT project as project manager
• Knowledge and experience applying project management and Agile methodologies
• Thorough understanding of IT and its business applications
• Familiarity with current technologies and trends relevant to the project
• Excellent communication skills for various audiences
• Adaptability to changing environments and proactive improvement seeking
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers, and suppliers
• Experience managing team work with Azure DevOps or Service Now SPM Agile boards
• Client-oriented with experience in business stakeholder management
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
• Experience managing projects using Service Now technologies including custom applications and modules like Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Customer Service Management in on-prem and cloud setups
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security and personal data privacy functional and security requirements

• Manage the project lifecycle efficiently and effectively
• Establish and manage project controls to meet milestones and business goals
• Assure and control project deliverable quality
• Identify, track, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, and contingencies
• Liaise with the Project Board and key stakeholders
• Assign tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities, and motivate team members
• Plan and control project product delivery processes
• Manage communication within the project and with external environments
• Produce project management documents such as plans, logs, and schedules
• Define responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organize and conduct project meetings
